Great reminder! We have been fooled over and over again. When I got to NZ, I was shocked by 2 things: meat lovers and obesity. Takeaways everywhere, plastic food and no pie without meat. It helped me turn away from supermarkets and dive into the garden and its abundance. The joy of seeing a capsicum dangle from its mother plant is pure bliss.
