I think the uninvited comes in different ways. But once we notice them they, they are no longer uninvited, but disarmed.

I had a couole of challenges on my ride along the edges in Spiti Valley. Was dreading going over the edge. We're talking a couple of hundred m vertical drops on single lane roads. But I caught myself and focussed back on the road in front of me.

Once I got that, my fears got less and I could enjoy the ride.

Keep questioning everything. But don't forget to ride. It's the place where we feel most alive. BTW, met guys pushbiking through Spiti Valley. That's something worth checking out 🙏
