It's the time of us women. All around the world. What happens to women in Iran is heartbreaking. But it will continue until we bring these barbaric regimes down.

I grew up in Germany. And for a long time I felt privileged. Not any more. Because I realised that I am not free until every woman has the same right. We're in this together.

I am currently in Nepal. It breaks my heart to see what women endure here until today. Often no more than maids. I am a motorcyclist and challenged a guy the other day why women don't ride bikes. Legs too short, can't reach the ground, he says. This in itself is a bad joke. But what made it worse: he was barely reaching my shoulder but obviously owned a bike.

Thank you for an extraordinary eye-opening story ❤🙏
