We need to relearn how to read and truly value what others write. Medium can easily turn into a rat race when gaining followers quickly is the ultimate aim.

After nearly 3 yrs on Medium, 120 posts and a steady readership I am happy with how far I have come. Maybe the peanuts we earn here will bear fruits somewhere else.
